about

The political divides have gotten much more pronounced. The right wingers have always seemed insane, but this song seems so much more relevant today.

lyrics

Monkey see...monkey do
And still I wonder what ever happened to you
You put your brain on vacation
Get caught up in all the fear
And the over stimulation

And I know it may be just a phase
But I think your'e insane
And I think you know you are too
You know, I think you know

Your hate knows no bounds
And yet you justify it with patriotic sounds
You pray to God, to the Constitution
Thinking the answer lies in some sort of violent solution

You worship two gods
And they both are often at odds
You take the worst from each diety
And claim oppression and you claim tyranny
