This song was written as a school project. I remember in our English class during my Senior Year in high school we read the book PLAYER PIANO by Kurt Vonnegut Jr. It brought forth a discussion on change and how humans don't adapt well and how often change, especially technological, can make some workers obsolete. We were tasked with doing a project to illustrate the frustrations huge changes can bring, and so I wrote this song for the assignment. It's pretty straight forward. It is not personal at all, but I think the melody is good and the lyrics are pretty good too. But then again, I may be a biased listener!

Guitars used on this are the Aria 19th Century, Yamaha parlor guitar, and the Grote Jazz guitar for the phased rhythm part and the solo.
